2) We use software such as AutoCAD, CAM, CAE etc, providing services of 2D/3D mould design and mold flow analysis
3)We have exported moulds for over 10 years, and we know DME/Hasco standards very well.

Precision plastic gears mold and molding are oner our major product series. We can build the moulds for spur gears, helical gears, worm gears, bevel weel, worm wheel, spiral bevel gears, internal gears, antibacklash gears and so on. We own the precision processing equipments including slow-wire-cutting( Charmilles), high speed CNC, inspection equipments such as double flanks gear rolling tester, 2D CMM, 3D CMM etc to ensure our gears in tight tolerance. We also offer ODM serive.
