The exterior commercial elevator is glass elevator adopts small machine room design, which use advanced permanent magnet synchronous machines without gears, with stable traction and low noise. they can save 30 percent of traditional worm-gear traction machines, meanwhile reduce the area of machine room, providing more free construction space. It uses new 32-bit micro-computer control system. The control case, the counter station and the car use advanced serial communication technologies, thus making the system more efficient and accurate. The printed circuit board uses SMD device, which are high integrated and with lower consumption, increasing the lifetime of electronic components.
Technical description:
1. driven by the disc type motor, high efficiency energy conservation, increase the available space of the building, save the construction cost;
2. provide full architectural design freedom and outward appearance customizing;
3. the driving system uses the VVVF control mode, with quick response speed, high precision, good system stability;
4. the advanced ultra static sound movement (SilentRide TM) technique, increased the comfort;
5. with the artificial intelligence TMS9900-GA group control system, it reduces the 15% average waiting time for the passenger and lengthens equipment's service life.
