glass mineral rock wool Sandwich Panel line,
This sandwich panel line is to produce sandwich panes using 2 layers of steel skin and 1 layer of core, such as mineral wool, glass wool, rock wool, etc. The core has inflammable feature and this sandwich panel is widely used as a pre-fabricated panel for warehouses, factories, etc.
The panel line is consisted of board cutting section and sandwich panel manufacturing section.
Basically board cutting section is to slice the core into the required thickness so that the panel has the firm structure. This process contains edge trimming device and roof pad cutting machine(out of the line) so that that full equipment can produce wall and roof panels by one line.
The sandwich panel manufacturing section has uncoilers, roll forming machines(steel profiling machines), laminating machine and cutting machine.
