Check valves are generally divided into lift, swing and other several types.
Lift check valve

Swing check valve disc around the axis of rotation. The fluid resistance is generally less than lift check valve, it is suitable for large caliber of occasions. Swing check valve according to the number of the disc can be divided into single swing, more than double disc swing and swing three segments. Single swing check valves are generally applicable to medium caliber. Large diameter single swing check valve is used in the pipeline, to reduce the water hammer pressure, had better use can reduce the water hammer pressure slowly-closing check valve. Double disc swing check valve .
The difference between power station check valves and other valves:
1. The product design and manufacture according to standard E101 and JB/T3595-93 rules, reasonable structure, excellent performance, modelling.
2. The valve lumen self-tightening seal structure is adopted, and the medium pressure is higher, the sealing performance, the better.
(3) for butt welding on both ends of the branch pipe, different to meet the demand of the takeover.
4. The disc and seat sealing surface using department too vertical (stellite) cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing and become, wear-resisting, high temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance, long service life.

Power station of check valve installation should pay attention to the following things:
1, do not make the check valve in the line to bear weight, large check valve shall be independent support, make it not influenced by the pressure caused by the piping.
2, when installation, pay attention to the medium flow direction should be consistent with valve body by the ticket direction arrow.
3, vertical elevating disc check valve should be installed in vertical pipe runs.
4, elevating disc check valve should be installed in horizontal pipe runs.

3, pressure - temperature level by E101, JB/T3595 API598 GB9131 prescribed standards.
4, according to the welding groove size GB12224, JB/T3595, ASME B16.25 ANSIB16.25 standard rules or according to the size of the user piping requirements
