The machine is developed according to our twenty years manufacturing grinding machine, learning widely
from others, takes in various advanced grinding technics from home and abord. It is a practical, high-efficiency and advanced equipment which special produced for grinding the surface workpiece and the mechanical blade factory.
This machine is with excellent function, advanced design, energy saving and environmental protection, elegant appearance, safe and convenient operation, high precision grinding, high efficiency production. It lies leading technological level and tailor-made for mechanical blades factory.
Main function
-Grinding motor:
Specially designed water-cooled grinding motor, cooling liquid ejected from the the ring wheel center position from the shaft hole, spread over the surface of the grinding wheel and blade evenly
-blade cooling effect is good, not easy to burn knife
-clean, will not produce splashing water droplets and steam
-improve the utilization of the coolant, reduce sharpening costs
The grinding head can move back and forth
You could magnify the width of the flat and aim at grinding blades for special
specifications
Frequency converter speed ( Travel moving )
Travel speed :3～18 M/min (adjustable )
Grinding speed : 980 rpm
Auto feeding Grinding wheel
To achieve auto feeding by by PLC control
The wheelhead adopts sand tile structure and could prolong 1/3 wheel life
Gear rack drive
-accurate transmission ratio and great transmission force
- big transmission span, smooth transmission
-transmission ratio and distance can be changed, easy to operate, convenient maintenance and low maintenance costs
- low requirements of the application environment, able to work in high-temperature, overload, low speed, dust environment
Gantry machine body
Machine body is processed by heat-treated high quality carbon structural steel, durable and good stability
Wheelhead is sandwiched in the middle of the two guide rails for the workpiece processing and reciprocal motion, the grinding wheel cutting surface is below the intermediate of the two tracks
-Wheelhead processing more stable, smooth
- blade and grinding wheel could be more comprehensive cooling, improve the cooling effect
-relaxed bed span to make the workpiece not need secondary clamping and solve the waviness of the cross section to protect the blade
Electromagnetic chuck turret Desk
The special Grinder dedicated electromagnetic chuck
- uniform suction, the blade should not be deformed, and sharpening will be more straight
- easy to operate, high efficiency
- With delay demagnetization, reliable fixed position, safer operation
Adopts stable workbench
Linear guide
- self-aligning capability, could get accurate stable smooth motion, the stability of the travel drive
- with high rigidity for all directions, could withstand the load from top and bottom, left and right direction and the rails are more durable
- Adopts imported high quality linear guide and easy maintenance and also could replace.
Centralized refueling device
With one-time centralized refueling (including position of lubrication of the main cabinet, lifting pallets, lifting screw), it is convenient and time-saving.
Automatic cleaning device
Automatic cleaning the ash of wheel and iron inside machine body
-Adopt inner jet wheelmotor, could cool and cleanthe surface of the grinding wheel evenly, Increase sharpening accuracy, extend wheel life.
-When the machine is grinding, a pipe automatic spray and wash the surface of blade
grinding and keep incision clean; another two pipes within the groove wall of the machine
body side by side and cleaning rinsing automatically.
Automatic filter device
Located at the outlet of the equipment, could clean the residue from the automatic cleaning device, collected to the slag tap, and filtration, magnetic attraction, purification treatment
-automatically collects wastewater and slag, automatic purification, automatic recycling cooling water, full automatic (no manual)
-filtered cooling water after purification could recycle use and save every drop of water
-Roller magnet could adsorb grinding knife flowers effectively and process purification of industrial waste water immediately, energy saving and environmental protection
-No wastewater slag leakage, keep ground and work environment clean
