BESER disc brake pad formulations offer benefits such as better fade resistance, improved high temperature wear resistance and superior braking refinement as well as maintaining the disc surface for optimum braking performance.
A comprehensive range of products are developed to improve upon and replace conventional asbestos based disc pads. A range with an original equipment pedigree, designed to provide superior braking performance for every application. Even better quality and better performance, reinforced by new manufacturing techniques.
Another feature of BESER disc brake pads is the application of an anti-squeal rubber coating, or shim, to the back plate. The back plate also has a permanent stamped in record of product data. The overall result is a superior quality product with technological background and experience.
BESER has been committed to the development and production of friction materials. Altough BESER was the first friction material manufacturer in Turkey to supply domestic and international markets.
Brake linings are capable of achieving at least 20% extra lining life, reducing drum wear and providing excellent braking performance, vehicle down time to be reduced.
BESER linings have all the performance characteristics such as strength, heat resistance and kindness to drums. In addition, they are a significant improvement on the competitors being lighter, cleaner and with lower thermal conductivity.
