High Speed VFD Electric Spindle Motor for CNC Router
Water Cooled Spindle / Air Spindle Motor / Automatic
Tool Changer Spindle
Model: 0.8kw, 1.5kw, 2.2kw, 3kw, 3.5kw, 4.5kw, 6kw, 7kw, 9kw, 13.5kw.
There are water cooling spindle motor, air cooled spindle motor, and auto tool changer spindle motor. Each spindle has its own features, suitable for different purpose use. These spindles are used with cnc router machine, widely used for 3D relief, carving, cutting, etc.
Water spindle motor (manual tool change):
Basically no noise, make the working environment quiet.
Water cooled can keep working for many hours one time.
Power: 1.5kw, 2.2kw, 3kw, 4.5kw, 6kw.
Widely used for 3D relief, long time carving, and with stone carving cnc router working on stone.
Italy HSD air router spindle (manual tool changing):
Air cooled easy use and can be used at a low temperature.
High torque and long time use.
Power: 3kw, 3.5kw, 4.5kw, 6kw, 7kw, 13kw.
Widely used for cutting, hollowing, relief carving.
High Speed Automatic Tool Changer Spindle (Italy HSD, Columbo, Hiteco):
Tool blocking automatic with pneumatic piston.
Tool Holder: ISO30 ER32 (or HSK 63F)
Power: 5.5kw, 7.5kw, 9kw.
ISO30 ATC spindles are widely used for cutting, hollowing, relief carving. Usually used on drum type Auto tool change CNC router and linear type auto toolchanger CNC router.
