Features:
■ Adopting the specialized extruder for glassfiber reinforced plastics, double metal screw and barrel, it ensures high speed extrusion and long service life of extruder.
■ Special designed co-die head ensures even thickness of three layers, each of them can be adjusted freely.
■ Adopting the imported PLC computer control system, it en-sures control precision and automatic and continues production.
■ In comparison with common PP-R pipe, the product has features of high compressive strength, no-deformation un¬der high temperature, no-bending and extreme small lon¬gitudinal shrinkage rate, completely solving the serious de¬fect of deformation of PP-R pipe after transmitting hot water.
