1. Application and performance

HZ rotary speed reducer is a new reducer that is highly universal, is mainly for tower craning, also for power rotary part of other equipment. The reducer of this type is one from products derived from planetary speed reducers of our factory, is featured by steady operation, small noise, high driving efficiency and beautiful appearance.

2. Applicable Scope

Speed of input shaft:<=1500 rpm

Rotating direction: Can be used for run in both positive and negative direction.

Working calss: M5

Use grade: T4

Ambient temperature: -40°C-45°C (shall be preheated before starting at an ambient temperature lower than 0°C).

3. Introduction on structure

HZ planetary speed reducer combines 1-stage parallel shaft outer engaged gear driving with 2-stage planetary gear driving of hard tooth face, all the main driving parts employs high-quality alloy steel, the teeth are sintered, hardened and ground, and are strictly inspected. The beating is of high bearing capacity, and the setting bolts are of high strength, hence the structural size is small, and output torque is big.

4. Technique Parameters:

Rotation of input-shaft: <=1500 rpm

Output Torque: 4000 N.m~25000 N.m

Ration Range: 147 ~ 195
