Purity: 99.95%
Ash content: 0.025% max
Hydrocarbon: 0.021% max
Acidity: 0.001% max
Moisture: 0.08% max
Color: Yellow
Form: Lump
Origin: Russia
Sulfur is packed in big-bag (1 ton)
Quantity: 5000- 50000 MT/Month
Price: USD 240 PMT CIF any world port
Spot or year contract
First shipment: 30 to 50 days after financial instrument in place
Following shipments: Every 40 days (depending on the port)
Inspection: quantity, quality, weight and analysis report by SGS.
Payment: Prepayment (T/T or other) / DL/C (filled, irrevocable,
confirmed by bank of the seller, payable at sign)
Procedure:
1. Seller sends soft offer
2. Buyer sends LOI duly formed
3. Seller sends draft contract duly signed, sealed and stamped to buyer
4. Buyer returns contract to the seller duly signed, sealed and stamped
5. Hard copies of contract are signed and exchanged via fax and mail
6. Buyer bank issues T/T, DL/C, other
7. Shipment and payment
