Instant tea is abstracted from high-quality tea leaves by the modern high-tech. Instant green tea: light green or light yellow powder. The tea is clean, green and bright with fresh and good taste and strong fragrance; instant black tea: brown-red powder. The tea is clean, red and bright with fine taste and rich fragrance; instant Oolong tea: light brown powder. The tea is golden yellow and bright with mellow taste.
Tea is the indispensable beverage in daily life of people. With the strengthening of people's health consciousness and the increasing speed of the life rhythm, there are diverse methods of drinking tea. The tea drinks made of the instant tea as the main material with various packages come out such as tea drinks with PET bottle, Tetra Pak and can have become more and more popular new type of beverage.
The range of application and the suggested dosage:
Confect the pure tea beverage like Oolong tea, green tea and red tea. The condensed tea dosage is 1:100~500, i.e. 10 kg condensed tea is added with pure water of 990-4990 kg. It can adjust the concentration according to the consumers' taste. The instant tea powder is suggested to be 0 .1%~0 .25% ad the adding dosage.
Confect the solid instant flavoring tea beverage (e.g.: milk tea, lemon tea etc). Blend the instant tea powder and raw materials like spices, juice, acid, sugar, milk powder etc and the dry the mixture. The adding dosage is 5%~10% of the net weight of final product.
Confect the juice on the spot or flavored bottle condensed beverage. Blend the condensed tea and spices, juice, acid, sugar, sweetener according to the proper proportion and then sterilize it and pack with cans.
Confect other tea flavor food such as tea moon cake, tea candies, tea cookies, tea ice cream, and tea gum. The adding dosage of ingredients is 5%-10%.
Confect health tea. Blend the instant tea and various types of herbal medicine (such as honeysuckle, chrysanthemum and ginseng) and then dry the mixture for health tea medicinal granules. The adding dosage is 5%~10%.
