The Mica plate is a kind of rigid plate insulation material and made of mica paper with epoxy resin through baking and pressing, with excellent mechanical and electrical properties, it is used as insulation between copper sheet of commutator in the DC motor.It is made of high-quality muscovite or phlogopite mica paper with Silicone Resin through baking and laminating, with excellent mechanical property, heat resistance, insulating property, long-term performance under high temperature 550c for Muscovite plate and 850c for Phlogopite Plate, widely used in electric cooker, copycat, baker, family oven, electric cooker, electric boiler, toaster, hair dryer, warm air blower, electron iron, micro-wave oven, bread oven, electric iron, electric sanitize cabinet, thermos, main frequency furnace, stove, arc furnace, heater, water heater and so on.

VPI Mica Tape is made of mica paper and reinforced materials on one or both sides bonded with suitable binder through baking process, forming the tape-like insulation, with excellent flexibility under normal conditions, Low mica content, good penetrability, widely used as primary insulation on the coils of the electrical machines with good performance in the VPI (Vacuum and Pressure Impregnating) production process.
