DMD100 is made of two layers of electrical polyester non-woven(PET-fleece) with one layer of polyester film, laminated with a high temperature adhesive system, 100% filled with resin, providing a smooth, varnish like surface, with good mechanical, electrical and thermal properties, and is widely used for slot, phase and liner insulation in F-class motors.

Prepreg DMD is made by the process of pre-curing the modified F-class DMD with Impregnation of Hi-temp resistant B-stage Epoxy resin by baking, with long shelf life at room temp, low pre-curing temp & time, excellent electrical insulation, bonding and heat-resistant properties. Its thermal Glass is F, widely used for liner insulation of copper foil (aluminum foil)-wrapped Low voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation & phase insulation in B~F class Motor & electrical appliances.
