Toolfork ISO30 SK30 HSK63F with Plastic Drive Dowel Small Inserts
These CNC Toolforks for ISO30 SK30 & HSK63F tool changer holders are with a small plastic drive dowel. At the back of the toolforks, there is a small pocket 17x14 mm in the tool holder fork, then put in a little insert for aggregate. These small inserts we called it plastic drive dowel or toolholder alignment pin or toolholder locating dowel or toolholder sensor pin. They are locating pins for spindle toolholder positioning, let the tool holder to stop at a correct postion.
CNC Tool forks for ISO30 & SK30 & HSK63F Features:
1, Our toolforks contain a metal insert surrounded by plastic. With the metal insert mechanical fixture, the tool forks are strong.
2, The cnc toolforks use imported USA Dupont white plastic material, high quality, reinforced and anti-explosion. The material used is the same as from Italy HSD.
3, Rico CNC tool forks size is the same as Italy. Outlook is up to 95% as Italy. Life time can up to more than 90% of Italy made.
4, Our HSK63F forks tool holding force is designed for 10kgs, so normally within 8kgs is no problem. Italy standard is 8KGs.
5, ISO30 toolfork holding force is designed for 6kgs.
6, These CNC replacement tool forks can last more than 60, 000 times tool changing cycles. We have tested.
7, These tool holder forks when istalled utilize 2 steel dowel pins for an accurate and self location on the tool changer magazine. Then use two bolts to fix the toolforks, no need to fix extremely tight. Just make the CNC toolforks not move is ok.
8, It is a very easy item to replace.
