Product Description:
DMSQ-FJ is a set of multifunction grinding machine. It concentrates multi-grinding, honing/ deburring,
auto-cleaning, multi-layer filter, refrigeration cooling on one of the new high-precision straight surface grinding machine.
Double grinding heads configuration can sharp blade from two different angles at the same time, and can coarse and fine grind blade at the same time. The grinding wheel movement and speed, are controlled by imported converter with HMI (color touch screen) and are adjustable in prescribed limits. The honing/ deburring device can hone blade in great accuracy.
The magnetic roller and paper tape cooling filter, with multi-level filtering to make the process of cooling the blade completely in clean, high quality coolant, and with a refrigeration compressor, to keep coolant temperature at 5-10℃, achieve the best sharpening results.
Multi-Grinding Grinder Model DMSQ-FJ is suitable for sharpening imported quality blades, such as Tombola, Cole Booth, Warren Berger, Germany, and other facilities that the blade; particularly high import carbide Blade's nemesis, is the books, label printing, hardcover paper, chemical, plastic leather, creating an ideal board grinding equipment and other industries.
