Description:
1. Structure frame: dried hardwood frame and resin board as side board;
all wood frame was special treated by druggery stream drying,
preventing bristletail, water contain 9%-11%, meet the international
requirements.
2. Rubber band: imported high grade double weave rubber band that has
high resilience and anti-deformation properties
(a) back area: width 5cm; the elongation 90%
(b) seat area: width 3cm, the elongation 60%.
3. cushions:
(a) seat cushion: box coil spring (diameter is 1.9-2.2mm) + 40HD foam
(b) back cushion: 30HD & armrest: 28HD
all cushions combine with poly foam; mission seat cushions by 9mm
plywood.
