MAC Flotation Cell
Application:
MAC flotation cell is mainly used in the flotation section of waste
paper deinking pulping, for removal of hydrophobic impurities such as filler, ash, ink particles, etc. It can raise pulp whiteness and meet the requirements of final paper appearance quality.
Features:
1.It uses advanced technology from abroad.
2.The jet device uses Venturi type, which can produce efficient spectrum bubble and remove ink particles of 20-250um.
3.MAC single-stage flotation cell can be used for 3 to 5 times flotation, for the interior is divided into 3-5 layers.
4.It is suitable for wide range of slurry, such as deinking pulping of ONP, OMG, MOW.
5.MAC flotation cell uses single-stage vertical design and laminated configuration, which covers small area. It uses PLC automatic control, so it is easy to control the level. The deinking effect is significant.
