Main Structure Of Uv-type Upflow Pressure Screen

Product Description:
Main structure:
This device is composed of top cover, body case, screen cylinder, rotary rotor, bed,
trasmission part and so on.
1. Top cover
Top cover is stainless steel cricket-shape end socket, fixed on the upper of the body case, and connacted with it.
2. Body case
Body case is the mai part of the machine, jointing by stainless steel plate. At the bottom is the inflowing pipe, upward part is fine pulp outlet pipe, and at the bottom is set heavy rejects pipe. All the pipe are connected with flange, the inlet and outlet are installed with diaphragm-seal(pressure) guage. The whole bady case is installed on the base.
3. Screen cylinder
Screen cylinder is made of export stainless steel, which can be devide into three types, hole-type, slit-type, bar-slit.The surface is electrochemical polishing and electroplating hard chrome.
4. Rotary rotor
Upflow pressure screen has two kinds of rotary rotor. One is used for the selecting rotor, which has 3 or 4 rotary on the surface.Rotary is installed on the rotoe through the screw rod, while rotor is installed on the major axis, the clearance between the rotary and screen cylinder can be adjusted.The other is used for coase screen, it adopt tug rotary structure, which has many advantages such as, simple structure and process, long service, high efficency screening, and be a new rotor replacemenr.
5. Base
Base is jointing with ganeral steel plate, suppoting the whole device, which is founded with sealing water mouth and bearing lubrication oiling port.
6. Transmission part
Transmission part is composed of motor, wheel for V-belt, texrope, main axis, bearing, bearing base, stand, mechanical seal and so on. The motor drive the main axis to run by aome stated transimission ratio.
