Vegetable Mandolin
The VEGETABLE MANDOLIN is excellently keen-edged, the new type serrated blade, which can be cut in any direction, thickness adjustment with ease. Specialty in fine slices of tender ginger. Lemon slices of varied thickness, thin cucumber slices for salads, thin potato slices for potato chips, onion and cabbage slices for salads, lotus root slices slippery boiled root with a cloth napkin, cucumber and radish strands, radish and carrot chips, chopped onion, burdock chips.

Materials: ABS resin, AS resin, POM resin and stainless steel blade
3 interchangeable blades for a wide variety of garnishing, and with FINGER GUARD.
Fine serrated blade: About 0.3 ~ 2mm. This blade has cutting edges on both sides. Suitable for cutting garnish for "Sashimi".
Medium serrated blade: About 0.3 ~ 3mm. This blade has cutting edges on both sides. Suitable for cutting daikon or gobo for dishes like "kinpira Gobo", "Namasu", "Sukiyaki" and so much more.
Coarse serrated blade: About 0.3 ~ 4mm. This blade has cutting edges on both sides. Suitable for cutting gobo and carrots for "Sasagaki", and for cutting daikon for "Kinboshi daikon".
