The photoluminescent pigment for ceramic is made of the photoluminescent pigment after special surface treated, increased the using temperature. This kind of pigment is suit for making ceramic wall and floor tiles, etc. by high-speed fired technical.


The photoluminescent pigment for ceramic is made of photoluminescent pigment in blue-green color.


Mixing well the photoluminescent pigment for ceramic and the based ceramic glaze by the proportion of 4:6 to make the luminous ceramic glaze.


The photoluminescent ceramic glaze can be mixed with water to make luminous glaze slurry, suit for spraying, spilling, and pouring technical. This photoluminescent ceramic glaze can also be mixed to make luminous screen-printing slurry, which is suit for screen-printing technical.
(note: if mix the slurry by water, we suggest you use the luminous slurry immediately after the mixing. The keeping time of the luminous slurry should not be over 24hours.)


In order to get better luminous effect, the luminous ceramic layer should be on the white color surface. The thickness of the luminous ceramic layer should be 200-400nm. And you had better spray a transparent glaze on the luminous layer.


The highest using temperature of the photoluminescent pigment for ceramic should be under 1200 centigrade, and the firing time should be less than 50 minutes.
