MP20 is a typical marginally-lubricated bearing material,which is based on steel backing,and porous bronze
powder are sintered onto the steel backing,POM mixture are evenly coated onto the bronze sinter layer.
DU is perfect oilless bearing with low-frictional dry lubrication because the lubricants layer contacts directly with the counterpart sliding plane. DU and DX bearings are suitable for the applications required miniatures and lightness with structures that are difficult to supply lubricant oil. They constrain for applications which require the hardness of bearing layer.
