Micro Wire electro discharge machining (WEDM) CNC Wirecut EDM Machine
Model: RFR-500S
WEDM (wire electro
discharge machining) take wire (Molybdenum wire or Tungsten and Molybdenum alloy wire ) as electrode, working liquid as media, electrico discharging happened between the electrode and the work piece by using of the high frequency impulse power and the high peak current to bring high heat and high energy to erode the work piece. The preconceived track of the wire is controlled by the moving of X-Y axis and U-Y axis which are driven by the machine. Then the work piece is processed.
Molybdenum Wire Electro Discharge Machine Features:
1) Parameter is not required to put in, Artificial Intelligence works out perfect parameter immediately after putting in cutting thickness and wire diameter. Different accuracy based on different workers with different experience will be solved.
2) Roughness: Ra ≤0.8um
3) 3 Times Cutting thickness: ≥200mm
4) Max Machining Speed: 200mm2/min
