Monofilament Round Yarn Extruding Machine

We make two series of Monofilament (round yarn) extruding machine to meet different requirements of clients worldwide.
1. Economic type.
Consisting of extrusion, stretching and winding unit, this machine is designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology, by HDPE, PP as its raw. The round yarn made from the machine are applicable for the manufacturing of ropes, cables, finish nets, construction safety nets, sun shielding nets, artificial hair, mosquito nets, brushes, as well as protective nets for the cotton fields. The series of the machine have different spinnerets as 120, 180, 260 with the yarn ranging form 0.15mm to 0.35mm and winding spindles of 130, 192 and 288. The production capacity of the machine is 15-50kg/h. The machine is compacted in its structure. ADC motor is used for stretching, thus a synchronous speed regulation and a single speed regulation can be achieved to meet the different parameters. The spinnerets are produced by the most advanced way, so that the flatness and uniformity of the yarn can ensured.
2. High speed type.
Every technical index of this machine has reached the international advanced level,and stands for the top level of monofilaments extruding line in china.The line is compact with a pleasing appearance,convenient operation,flexible and reliable control.The production can be used in many aspects,expecially in various brushing fibre,zipper monofilaments,industry mesh fibre and terylene thread.
