Electric screw jack mounting type includes b3 foot mounting, b5 flange mounting and b14 face mounting. Suitable IEC motor frame sizes 56, 63, 71, 80, 90S, 90L, 100L, 112M, 132S, 132M.
Electric screw jack driven motor types include electric motor, gear motor, gear reducer, hydraulic motor, pneumatic motor, explosion proof motor. Motor means asynchronous/induction motor and above motor no brake, if need, marked in purchase order/invoice.
Electric screw jack suitable powers cover 1/8HP(90W), 1/6HP(120W), 1/4HP(180W), 1/3HP(250W), 1/2HP(370W), 3/4HP(550W), 1HP(750W), 1.5HP(1.1KW), 2HP(1.5KW), 3HP(2.2KW), 4HP(3KW), 5.5HP(4KW), 7.5HP(5.5KW), 10HP(7.5KW). Input power larger than 7.5KW, contact Jacton sales/engineers.
Electric screw jack pole numbers include 4 poles and 6 poles. Under 4 poles motor, standard output 1500rpm-50hz, 1800rpm-60hz. Under 6 poles motor, standard output 1000rpm-50hz, 1200rpm-60hz. For gearmotor or gear reducer output RPM = electric motor output RPM / reduction gear ratio. Electric screw jack Lifting speed = final output RPM x travel length per full turn of input shaft.
Electric screw jack allowable voltage, phases and hertz includes 380V-3 Phases-50HZ, 220V-3 Phases-50HZ, 400V-3 Phases-50HZ, 415V-3 Phases-50HZ, 440V-3 Phases-50HZ, 480V-3 Phases-50HZ, 220V-3 Phases-60HZ, 240V-3 Phases-60HZ, 480V-3 Phases-60HZ, 110V-Single Phase-60HZ, 120V-Single Phase-60HZ, 220V-Single Phase-50HZ, 230V-Single Phase-50HZ, 240V-Single Phase-50HZ. For special application, for example solar tracker industry, most of engineers or designers prefer to use 24V, 36V, 48V DC motor with gear reducer.
