We offer PVDF/Teflon/PTFE/PFA/FEP/Rubberlined Lined Butterfly Valves.
Size range (100-500 mm).
MVS Butterfly Valve is lined with Fluoro plastic material at all the surface contact areas for resistance against high corrosive media attacks.
The Seal on Stem of the disc automatically closes.
The unique feature of the sealing of Stem is by a seal ring which completely makes it leak proof under automatic pressure exerted by spring rings.
The main body is split in 2 halves manufactured out of Ductile Iron Castings. The body has holes for fixing the valve with pipelines very conveniently. The valve is a slim body light weight construction for easy and reliable working.
Our design construction on the main body is for better sealing incorporated by special elastomer resiliency.

Body Lining - PTFE.
Disc - Ductile Iron, CS, WCB, SG IRON, S.S. 304, S.S. 316
Disc Lining - PVDF/TEFLON/PTFE/FEP/PFA

3. Seat type : PTFE / GFT with viton backup ring
4. Size range : 50 NB to 300 NB
5. Pressure rating : PN 10 (max)
6. Operating temperature range : -250 C to 2000 C (depending on MOC)
7. Seat leakage : Tight shut off (better than class VI as per ANSI/FCI 70-2)
Bi-directional valve with sealing capability to hold rated shut off pressure in either direction.
Circularly moulded back up elastomer provides uniform contact pressure over the entire seat without losing shaft bore shape, ensuring bubble tight closure every time.
A choice of exotic metallurgy for the disc, to meet any type of aggressive media.
