This roll former mainly consist of hydraulic decoiler, feeding device, roll forming system, hole puncher (optional), hydraulic post-cutting equipment, run out table, hydraulic station and PLC controller.
With an photoelectric speed controlling system in automatic decoiler, the coil feeding easily, protect the coil and make a high precision, and effectively. Our machine equips pre-cutter before roll forming, to avoid material waste when changing the coil
Downpipe Forming Machine’s characteristics:
The downpipe of color steel is in line with the wall in any color. Furthermore, with good interlocking function and no leakage, its integrity is better. Downpipe forming machine gets various elbows and is suitable for those complex walls.
