The Oilless #500 series are metal bearings with solid lubricant of embedded-type that have wear-resistance for the heavy load with dynamic permissible load of above 100 to 500 kg/㎠ at low-velocity. This bearing always operates in a self-lubricated condition in which lubricant oil in them functions in junction with solid lubricants (esp. graphite; its type changed depending on service conditions) embedded in the metal matrix.
