INTENDED USE
The Canine Distemper Ag Test Kit is a immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Canine Distemper antigen (CDV Ag) in canine blood. A visible result can be showed in 5 minutes.
PRINCIPLE
Solid phase immunochromatographic assay using direct sandwich method.
KEY FEATURES
Rapid: result can be read out in 10 minutes
Simple-operated: no need of additive equipments or reagents.
High sensitivity and specificity
Long shelf life: 18months at room temperature
Low cost
SPECIFICATIONS
Specimens: eye mucus from conjunctiva or secretions, or canine serum
Specificity: No cross reaction against other canine diseases like Canine Parainfluenza, Canine Adenovirus type II, Canine Influenza and so on.
Shelf life: 18 months
Storage temperature: room temperature(2-30 C degree). DO NOT FREEZE
Packing size: 20 tests per kit, sealed in foil pouch
Attentions: all specimens should be handled as being potentially infectious
Limitation: the CDV rapid test is for in-vitro diagnostic use only
