Some important points regarding our quality of products & terms as under:
Kind of Wood: We are using two kinds of wood for our products:
Sheesham Wood: Its other name Indian Rose Wood (Hard Wood). We are using properly dried and kiln seasoned Sheesham Wood for our products. It have natural grains, and its product have very rich and traditional Indian look.
Mango Wood: It is a fruit wood and little bit lighter in weight compare to Sheesham wood. But its product is cheeper in price compare to Sheesham Wood. Normally, for darker finish or indian traditional painted furniture we are suggesting customers to choose Mango wood for their ordered products.
Finishes: We are doing three kind of finish for our products according to choice of customer, are as under:
Lacquer Finish: It is done with stain ( to give color according to choice of customer ) and than sealer quoting to protect product from cracking/spiliting the joints of wood and finally Lacquer quoting to protecting color and finish to give rich look to the product.
Melamine Finish: We are also doing Melamine Finish to our products on requirement of customer. In this type of finish we are using Melamine instead of Lacquer to give more smooth and rich look to product. It will done on extra charges @ 15% per product.
PU Finish: We are also doing PU Finish for our wood furniture products to give extraordinary and high rich look to products and also it is scratchproof on choice of our customer at 28% extra charges per product.
Kind of Packaging: W e are doing two kind of packaging for our products to protect damages in transit:
Corrugation Padding Packaging: In this type of packaging we are using super media brown paper, first of all product is wraped by super media brown paper, and than it will be wrapped by 2mm foam, and than corrugation paper's paddings to all around edges of product, and than it will be wrapped all around with corrugation paper and than it will be striped.
Carton Packaging: We are also doing packaging with corrugation cartons of 5 ply on demand of our customer. In this process, above all procedure will be done and than finally product will put into carton. It is more safe in transit. This type of packaging we are doing at 7% extra charges.
Laminated Legs: WE are using laminated legs (it is made by joining planks) for our tables, chairs etc instead of solid legs. These type of legs never will be band, never will be cracked.
Glue: WE are using German glue for joining the planks of wood.
CAD Drawings: WE are using CAD drawing for our every product in manufacturing process to achieve best quality of product and accurate in measurments.
Guarantee: WE have very good quality control system to check products from the beginning of production to the end stage of packaging. Thats why we are providing our customer guarantee of replacement, if they find any manufactured defective piece in container, in their next order at free on sending picture of defective product via email to us.
Colors: WE have variety color choice for our customer like, TEAK, OAK, MAHOGANY, NATURAL, WALNUT etc. And also we can do color according to choice of customer.
Shipping Arrangements: WE are also doing shipping arrangement for our customers at free. From our works to their warehouse or their destination port, as required by customers.
Samples: WE are also providing samples to customer at wholesale price plus courier charges, only after getting confirmed purchase order.
Accessories: WE are using high quality accessories for our products like, handles, knobs, door catchers, hingis etc. And also metal detail on our various products will be black powder coated.
