Product Description:
Main benefits of hydrodynamic units for pasteurization, sterilization, homogenization of milk, kefir,
yoghurt, juice, egg melanges, etc.
• Power consumption for pasteurizing 1 ton of product does not exceed 10 kWt•hour.
• 90% efficiency remains stable for the whole operation life which ensures high effectiveness of pasteurizers.
• Absence of convective heating surfaces denies milk stone deposition and dairy products burning which are inevitable in similar equipment, besides, self-cleaning effect is observed.
• Unit startup usually takes not more than 1 day.
• Unit can thermally process high acidity milk /without its deacidification/.
• Units can be used in complex: for keeping necessary temperatures at other dairy equipment /long-term pasteurizing tanks, technological vessels with heat jackets, starter cans, etc./, for washing technological equipment, for getting warm water and wet steam for everyday necessities, etc.
• Units are ecologically friendly.
• Specification of units is under request.
TEKMASH® equipment provides for:
(1) Modernization of plant power consumption system to discontinue use of outside energy sources /gas and masut/. Plant switchover to TEK hydrodynamic heaters makes it possible to reduce 1 ton product processing cost to 10-12 kWt•hour, thus covering the expenses on plant modernization in several months.
(2) Partial modernization of plant: remote sections heating, hot water supply for everyday necessities /0.2 kWt•hour for washing 100 people/, kitchens, summer camps.

(a) TEK-M pasteurizers /product direct heating in case homogenization is not necessary/;
