Flat-die Series Pellet Mill
Materials keep dry when gonging into and coming out of the machine, and there is no need to dry it (material water content ~> 13%). It uses differential gear,cardan drive, and is used together with motor or diesel engine. The output volume is high, its energy consumption is low and the operation is convenient.
The machines adopt the new advanced technique in the processes of pressing,pellet building,polishing and modeling,thus bueaking through the traditional pellet-makingtechnique characterized by large capital input and complicated technique.
The machines can produce pure organic fertilizer ,organic-inorganic mixed fertilizer,bio-organic fertilizer in pellet;the pellets produced are even,smooth,full,strong and with high fluidity.
Adopting the sophisticated technique to integrate the processes of low temperature drying,cooling and screening at one time with low operational expenditure.The microorganism survial rate >90%.
The machines are widely used in animal breeding,brewing,sugar making,paper making,medicine making and cigarette making and they are the promised machines in the (bio-) organic fertilizer industry.
