DN series of PET strap auto-production line made by Sino-America Jinan Deen Technologies Develop Co., LTD is the latest production line, it adopts international advanced technologies and it is researched and developed by the technological personal of engineering in our company which guide by deluxe engineer from Germany and Shandong Research Center of Machinery. It owns five national patents, it is the sole PLC touch-screen control which the dual-channel system and high-degree automation in China, and carries out full-auto controlling only by a slight tap. The process and characters as follows:
1. 4 straps come out in two channels at the same time;
2. The most advanced of equipment and craft technologies. DN series of PET strap auto-production line really carry out vacuum auto-feeding, hot-air circulating drying, twin-screw extruding, and single or double various specifications producing of the strap's width from 9mm to 32mm with multi-functions and reaches the effect of saving-energy and low noise with the accurately energy-saving temperature-controlling system. In conclusion, it carries out the target of low investment and high profit, which is the fortune-creating equipment with great economy benefit for the small or moderate enterprises and plastics-making industry.
3. Raw material recycling. The production line uses the 100% recycled Polyester materials and directly melts, extrudes, then makes the environmental protecting PET straps with high intension, whose intension is stronger than raw materials of recycled granular and the transparence that is similar with the full-new polyester materials, what is more, the straps made by the production line does break not because it using 100% recycled PET bottle flakes, even becomes waste to treasures and it is the popular "circulation economy" project presently in the world.
4. High-efficiency and saving-energy. An only machine has multi-functions and exhausts low energy (50% of saving-electrics). It adopts twin screws to extrude, easy to operate and can produce PET straps of various specifications. It needs two workers per class, which saves labors.
5. High rate of eligible PET straps. The full set production line adopts import transducers, famous motors, excellent carbon steels and 38GrMoAl which be made and installed carefully, ensures it runs stably and makes PET straps with good quality.
