Product Description:
CNC gantry type cutting machine is durable and heavy-duty metal cutting equipment. The whole design
highlights machine’s service life and high standard cutting performance under heavy workloads and poor working conditions. Oxy-fuel cutting is suitable for cutting carbon steel 5-300mm; Equipped with international well-know plasma source such as Thermadyne, Kjellberg, Hypertherm, plasma cutting is able to cut the carbon, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal, alloy and so on. As different plasma power supply current, main cutting thickness ranges are less than 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm.
It is suitable for dry-type or underwater cutting in Shipbuilding, railway, construction machinery, steel structure, petrochemical and pressure vessel industry.
Based on the flame and plasma cutting, the optional units are as following, Powder marking torch
Straight line stripe cutting torch
Straight line triple beveling torch
Rotary triple flame curve
Rotary plasma curve beveling torch
Push-Pull type plasma cutting table and dust extraction
Water surface and underwater plasma cutting table
Gantry and box type welded structure, have been annealed, long service life, working steady and durable in heavy load and high duty cycle.
Gapless gearing transmit, stable and smooth running in high speed, smart, fine surface quality.
Integrated auto-ignition with automatic height controller, keep the height between the cutting torch and work piece, realizing the best cutting quality.
Able to process multi-torch mirror image cutting or synchronism cutting, improve cutting efficiency
Low use and maintenance cost, dispense with special maintenance, friendly operator interface, easy to learn.
