Golden-Mold Technology is a professional ISO9001-2000 certified manufacturer of plastic molds and molded part with rich experience in building high quality products. We specialize in design and manufacturing prototype and production molds with sever life runs from 100 to 1, 000, 000 shots.
We can serve industries of Automotive parts, Home appliances, OA, Audio, Telecommunication and Medical Instrument etc. With molds up to 15 tons in weight and 1.5 meters in length.
We have injection machines for mold trial in house, the press forces range from 30 tons to 800tons...We have state-of-the-art CNC\EDM equipments for machining services, We stock steel P20, H13, S7, 420SS from Finkl (US), Thyssen (Germany), Uldelhom (Sweden) and use standard components from DME, Progressive, HASCO etc.
We have experience in building Cold Runner Mold\Hot Runner Mold\Insert Mold\Two Shot Mold\Unscrewing Mold\Muti-cavity Mold and so on. We have good relationship with DME, INCOE, Mold Master, HUSKY, Mastip, Synventive and Yudo systems.
