The PMMA tubing production line adopts PLC to process the sequencing controls, and realizes the synchronized velocity modulation by the host electrical machinery of extruding machine and the tractor, and establish good man-machine contact surface, all crafts parameter can be established and demonstrated by the touch screen. When we use it for production we only need to consult the menu, and input the serial number that is established originally, then the entire production line can complete the production according to the originally-set pipe specification and speed. The cutting machine can achieve the cutting at fixed length automatically, the temperature of the die head is controlled by the import intelligent thermometer, which can make the temperature deviation vary within±1 ℃, therefore the tubing quality can be guaranteed.
The production line uses the man-machine interface operation so that it can be highly automated; besides it gets good plastic effect, high output, and low and even melts body temperature for the use of specific screw. It uses the compound spiral nose to eliminate the material memory effectively. The tubing stress has been eliminated for the vacuum finalizes and the constant temperature control, The cooling water tank is equipped with the compressor refrigeration installment, which makes the line take up less space, use the water economically, and take the leading place inland.
