Illustration: the working principle of transparent PMMA.PC tubing extruder is as follows: extruded by the die of the single screw extruder, finalized by the vacuum, cooling by the cooling trough, towed by the tractor and then cutting by planetary cutting machine or the saw cutting machine. This kind of equipment applies to producing not only transparent and semitransparent hard pipe, such as PVC fire retarding pipe, PVC soft pipe, PE.PP.PS PMMA, ABS.PC etc.but also the high-level transparent organic glass pipe.

Firstly, light transmittance92%,higher than the custom glass, which is 91%.The surface is smooth and beautiful, It enjoys the reputation of the plastic queen
Secondly, the excellent processing property: integrated use of a variety of processing methods, flexibly producing various forms and can be used for profile processing
Thirdly, it endures acid and alkali corrosion and the surface can be printed and sprayed lacquer.
Fifth, it is less fragile than glass. The hardness of its surface is close to cooper or aluminum.
Sixth, the excellent endurance .It can be used outdoors in the coldest and hottest places. the heating soft spot is about+100℃
Seventh, the organic glass and its products can be used as the containers of food and medicinal and pharmaceutical substances because of its innocuity and free from contamination
