Unit feature
Introducing the most advanced foreign technology, we optimize the design of this unit. It has advantages as stable plastification, low cutting speed, high output and long used life. It is made up of Conical Double-Screw Plastic Extruder, vacuum shape-molding platform, traction machine, cutting machine, film covering machine and stacker. The mainframe adopts the imported frequency conversion speed-control, temperature-control meter uses Japanese RKC product. The auxiliary machine vacuum pump and drawing dynamo both use high-quality products, so it is easy to maintain. It can also directly extrude foamed profiles such as simulated wood-door line and kicking line, the effect is even better than single screw. The plastic steel door and window profile production line with the conical double-screw extruder, can process PVC plastic door and window profile, steel and plastic composite profile, profile cable perforated wire-threading pipe, decorative material and so on.
Kicking line, door line, has two functions: decoration and protection.
In house design, inside corner line, belt line and kicking line have the function of balancing vision. To use their line-shape sense and material, colour and so on mutually foiling, they have good effect of beautification and decoration.
Another function of kicking line is its protecting function. From the name, we can know it is the area where foot can kick, so it is easy to suffer impact. To make kicking line can make the connecting part between wall and the ground even firmer, so as to reduce reformation of the wall and avoid the outside force which may cause destruction. And also, kicking line and door line are easy to clean, if dirty water is splashed onto them when we mop the floor, it is easy to rub and clean.
