And it can use for single or multiple machines with stable, precise control to protect and play a unique role on humidifying machine of the textile, ceramic, breeding, printing, mining, chemical, tobacco, planting,, food, electronics, computer and other industries. And also can be used as an integration humidifying controller.
Structure and advantage
1, Mist humidification and cooling system is suitable for the large space of indoor or outdoor.
2, Multi-channel control (3 channels), monitoring all the way (humidity, time, temperature, pressure control, process monitoring and early warning, water in and the drainage test), frequency conversion control function (optional)
3, Host and accessories with multiple protection and the automatic warning: lack of water protection of pump, motor overload protection, host or the pipes automatic (manual) draining, water shortage alarm, unnormal water level, trouble of water pump, water pressure is too high, shutting down alarm display, automatic management and stable operation.
4, Great HMI, simple operation and LCD panel

Working principle
PLC misting maker’s working principle is to use the high-pressure plunger pump to increase the water pressure to 7 mpa, then the pressurized water by high voltage transmission pipe to atomization by professional spray nozzle, generate 3-15μm mist particles, so it can quickly absorb heat from the air complete evaporation and diffusion, thus able to complete the air humidification and cooling purposes. Humidification quantity is 150 ~ 900 kg/h.
Characteristics
1．Small mist particles: High pressure micro mist nozzle can produce 5 billion droplets per second, the diameter of the droplets are only 0.5∽15μm, look like the frog covered the mountains, excellent humidification and cooling effect.
2. Energy saving: Atomize 1 kg water only consume 6 w power, just one percent of the traditional electric humidifier, tenth of a centrifugal or water gas mixed humidifier.
3．Reliability:the host of PLC controller use import industrial plunger pump can 24 hours continuously operate, the nozzle and spray distributor with no unpowered vulnerable parts, in the high dust environment will not damage.
4． Safety automatic pressure release: when the spraying machines stop working, the block will release the pressure of high-pressure nozzle automatically, to prevent water dripping.
5． Automatic shut down system: to prevent because there was no water in the pump but it still slipping, it will stop automatically to improve the pump life.
6．Clean: water in high pressure micro mist system is sealed and not circulation, will not lead up to breed the bacteria.
7．Humidification quantity: large humidification quantity and nozzles can have free combination.Humidifying capacity can adjust from 1 kg/h ∽900 kg/h.
