Press Section
2 nos of press, 1 press for out of machine, another 1 press is for below of dryer. It’s
pneumatic loading. It has guide roll, extension roll, guide, stretcher, shower, suction box, doctor, ect. Dryness is 38-42% after coming out of press section.
Max. tension for felt: 4.5K/mm
2.2.1 Top Press Roll 2 pcs
Dia. Φ850mm, width 3600mm, natural granite with steel shaft core, bearing lubricated by grease, dynamic balanced.
2.2.2 Bottom Press Roll 2 pcs
Dia φ800mm，width 3600mm，high strength CI HT200 coating rubber 20mm, hardness P&J12-15, Roll suface is with turned groove, bearing lubricated by grease, dynamic balanced.
2.2.3 Felt Suction Box: 3 sets
Suction width 3600mm, slot size 12mm, box body is welding Q235A, panel is ultrahigh molecular polyethylene.
2.2.4 Shower: 4 units
Shower pipe made of seamless steel tube, water pressure 0.4Mpa.
2.2.5 Guide Roll: subject the final design
Dia. φ255mm，width 3600mm，20# seamless steel tube, 45# round steel machined shaft end, Roll covered with rubber 7mm thickness, hardness is “A” 95+/-2°; grease lubrication, dynamic balanced.
2.2.6 Extenstion Roll: 6 pcs
Dia. φ255mm，width 3600mm，20# seamless steel tube coating spiral type rubber，Roll covered with rubber 7mm thickness, hardness is “A” 95+/-2°; grease lubrication, dynamic balanced.
2.2.7 Felt Stretcher: 2 pcs

Frame for 1st press is welding by formed steel, frame for 2nd press is assembled on the column of top dryers. Loading arm is welding by steel plate; Top press roll load by air ripple bellow.
2.2.11 Walkway
The walkway, bracket, stairs are welding by formed steel; handrails is welding by steel tube; walkway board, padel is made of checkered plate.
