Overview
This Pre-stressed Concrete Spun Pile Steel Mould is used for making concrete pipe. It is in
accordance with the standard GB13476-1999, the quality is guaranteed. Our main product, GM mould series and forming sets of centrifugal machine sell well in GuangDong, ZheJiang, ShangHai, JiangSu, FuJian, HeBei and other places in china.
Working Principle
1. This spun pile steel mould shall operate together with pile spinning machine.
2. This mould forms pile under the force of centrifugal. There are longitude stiffeners and latitude stiffeners on the mould surface.
3. The mould rotates in high speed under the motor driven. The redundant water in the slurry is released by the force of centrifugal, and the concrete is dense and high in strength. And the spun pile is formed around the inner wall of the mould.
