PU foaming equipment and machine is to produce polyurethane products like car seat, motorcycle seat,
bicycle seat, car interior, car trims, car headrest, armrest, sun visor, dashboard, buffer, polyurethane sandwich panel, insulation tube, imitation wood furniture, sofa, mattress, shoes, insole, soles and all that made of polyurethane.
The principle of PU foaming machine is that the material of polylol and Iso mixed in the mix head and injected to the mold through streams of PU foaming equipment and machine, curing and forming what you need.
Our PU fomaing equipment is very easy to operate, there are lowe pressure and high pressure type, it can be operated by manual or autmatically. Depends on the efficiency of production. The flow rate of polyurethane foaming equipment also can be adjustable on the PLC to meet customer’s requirements. The accuracy of enjection is precise to ensure the production continuous.
