Our pu rolling shutter door production line are custom built for each application with many options for
your exact needs.
pu rolling shutter door production line for producing single layer products is consisted of de-coiler, main roll-forming machine, straightening part, PU foam-filled device, cut-to-length tracing cutter, run-out table, etc.
The entire construction of the machine is of steel. pu rolling shutter door production line is fitted with a number of rolls with forming dies on it, through which a cut strip is passed and in one operation the strip is formed into a desired shape, suitable for making rolling shutters in one insertion. The drive of the machine is by Hobber cut spur gears and the dies rotate in gunmetal bearing having full lubrication arrangement.
Technical parameter for pu rolling shutter door production line:
1. Material: 0.3-0.5 mm aluminium coil and color steel coil
2. Speed: 8-10m/ min
3. Roll station: 38 steps
4. Main motor power: 7.5kw
5. Cutting way: Tracking fly-saw cutter
6. Fly-saw cutter motor power: 3kw
7. Roller material: High quality 45# forge steel, surface coat with hard chrome (local rollers' material is GCr15 with quenched treament).
8. Principal axis material: High quality 45# finish machining then quenched and tempered.
9. Principal axis diameter: 55mm
10. Transmission: Chain transmission
11. Control system: PLC frequency conversion, cutting length error +/-2mm

It is composed of 3 tons manual decoiler, transmission device, feeding and guiding device, main forming machine, main PU foaming machine, tracking punching device, fly-saw cutter, electronic control system and run out table.
Operation flow for the whole pu rolling shutter door production line:
Decoiling feeding & guiding roll forming + PU foaming punching tracking cutting finished product run out.
