Ⅰ、General Introduction to Wire Drawing Machine Type 550-4 and 500-4.：
Type 550-4 or 500-4 consists of four drawing pots. Each pot has their own motor and can set different speed. Usually, the motor of the succeeding pot has higher speed than the motor preceding. That is to say, in the processing the wire is becoming thinner and longer, and the motors succeeding have to rotate faster to keep up with the working of preceding motors. Type 550-4 or 500-4 allows you to equip single, double, three or five parts to work together to get finished products in only one process. Type 550-4 or 500-4 can be used for material of steel, aluminum, brass and others. It is featured as energy saving, high efficient, easy maintenance and low cost. It’s expected that the cost can be refunded within half a year with a normal production. They can be used to produce wood screws, nails, electric wire and batch processing of wires in construction.
Ⅱ、Specifications：
1、Gear box has two choices, Jiefang brand or Huanghe brand.
2、Drum Diameter (mm): 550 or 500.
3、Drum Number: 4 pcs.
4、Large Size: Input wire diameter is 6.5mm, and minimum output wire diameter is 3.3mm.
Middle Size: Input wire diameter is 3.7mm, and minimum output wire diameter is 2mm.
5、Drawing processes: 4
6、Efficiency: 600kg/hour for large size drawing, 280kg/hour for middle size.
7、Requirements for motor for large size drawing: Class 4, 11kw, 970r/m, 4 sets needed.
Requirements for motor for middle size drawing: Class 4, 7.5kw, 1,450r/m, 4 sets needed.
8、Overall dimensions (mm)
L*W*H (Jiefang Brand): 4200×1100×2850
L*W*H (Huanghe Brand): 4600×1100×2650
Ⅲ、Power Drive System:
The four drums have motors separately and drive is transmitted with triangle belts.
