The whole machine adopted PLC systems and computer
interface operation realize signal analysis randomly, trouble diagnosis and parameter settings and ensure the best work effect of the machine.
The devices of the storing materials and dividing materials: adopting sealed belt conveyor, strictly control the storing capacity of small hopper to achieve transportation for immediate use in order to avoid concrete liquefy in advance due to the effects of the shock so that ensure product strength.
Compulsory feeding devices: the box of distributing materials sends to the above of the mold box, the mixing fork in the distributing box work quickly to ensure that even slant and the consistent of product strength.
Increase the effective work of the table: the application of the new vibrating technologies makes this machine have a larger work table, greatly improving production efficiency, the output increase by 20% than the similar type machine of multi-hole brick.
Unique vibration form: Use computer-controlled hydraulic system flow and pressure; complete the vertical synchronous vibration, frequency conversion, and brake. When pressurized, convert excess oil into a vibration strike force, thereby reducing energy consumption.
Reasonable vibration distribution: locking the mold box on vibrating table by ejection cylinder, the pressure head equipped with the special vibrator to achieve table and mold vibrate together so as to enhance the vibration effect. This vibration form make the concrete liquefy rapidly, exhaust, so that products reach high density, high strength.
