Rapid Aflatoxin Screening Test

INTENDED USE:

Aflatoxin B1 Test is a qualitative immunochromatographic assay for the detection of aflatoxin B1 in grains, nuts, oilseeds, cereals, spices and other commodities which are necessary to messure due to high matrix effect.

PRINCIPLE:

Solid phase chromatographic immunoassay using direct sandwich method. A specific antibody against aflatoxin B1 recognizes the aflatoxin B1 molecules in the samples. The results are read visually by observing the development of coloured bands.

Specimens: grains, nuts, oilseed, cereals and other commodities, collected according to established sampling techniques
Sensitivity: 5ppb, 10ppb, 15ppb, 20ppb or other required sensitivity.
Specificity: No cross reaction against Aflatoxin M1 or other mycotoxin
Shelf life: 18 months
Storage temperature: room temperature(2-30℃). DO NOT FREEZE
Packing size: 10 tests per kit, sealed in foil pouch
Attentions: all specimens should be handled as being potentially poisonous
Limitation: the test is for primary screening of Aflatoxin B1 contaminated food commodities only, quantitative methods should be followed if necessary
