Rigid laminates is obtained by laminating materials with different resin under heat and pressure, usually glass cloth, cotton cloth and paper are common materials. Temperature class range from B to C class. We supply rigid laminates in sheets, rods, tubes or fabricated parts to customers specifications. Grades include:
-Phenolic paper sheets & tubes:
NEMA standard: X, XX, XXX, XP, XXP, XXXP, XPC;
IEC standard: PFCP201, PFCP202, PFCP203, PFCP206, PFCP207;
-Phenolic cotton sheets, tubes & rods:
NEMA standard: C, CE, L, LE;
IEC standard: PFCC201, PFCC202, PFCC203, PFCC204;
-Epoxy glass sheets, tubes & rods:
NEMA standard: G5, G10, G11, FR4, FR5;
IEC standard: EPGC201, EPGC202, EPGC203, EPGC204;
-GPO imitation materials.
