Our factory can produce D51, D52, D53K series and over 40 specs ring rolling machine conforming to national
standard, all economic and technical indexes conform to national standard. Moreover, it is used widely for thermal rolling of loop parts and components for bearing, auto gear wheel and flange disc industry. Roughcast of parts produced with ring rolling produced by our factory can save labor and materials and have high precision winning high reputation among domestic and foreign users.
D51A and D51B ring rolling machines have been widely used for ring like semifinished of bearing forging auto-gear & flange. D52 series of Radial ring rolling machine is contrlled by PLC, the end of ring is not rolleded.When rolling to adopt open roll or close roll.The dimension of ring is displayed on the digital-displaymeter. D53K series of Radial and Axial Ring Rolling machine, to adopt CNC technology to roll the ring by radial and axial together.Only to enter the dimensions of rinf, semifinished ring, toll and material specification, then it can be rolled automaticlly.The size of ring and status of machine will be displayed on CRT.
