Many of the grapes used in Gaillac wines are among the most ancient in Europe. They give wine a very different taste configuration the wines of its neighbours, Burgundy to the North East and Languedoc to the East and South. The wines are fruitier, softer, deliciously easy to drink. The White wines are at their best paired with seafood (chicken, pheasant, quail cheeses and turkey). The red wines are excellent for the spicier dishes of the South of France and Italy, such as pasta and light meats.
All our wines are vinified in traditionnal conditions, cold stabilised, and the quality of bottling process guaranties the gustative characteristics of our wines.
AC-Trading is in joint venture with cellars and a bottling factory in the middle of South West France vineyard.
