Our company is a professional supplyer of 5-7N High purity tellurium and 5N High purity tellurium dioxide in China. Our products has passed ISO9001: 2000 Certificate. The details is given as follows:
1. High purity tellurium
1) 5N tellurium, purity: ≥99. 999%. Total impurity: ≤10ppm.
2) 6N tellurium, purity: ≥99. 9999%. Total impurity: ≤1ppm.
3) 7N tellurium, purity: ≥99. 99999%. Total impurity: ≤0. 1ppm.
Usage: It is mainly used for the manufacture of II-VI compound semiconductor, thermoelectric converting element, refrigerating element, piezocrystal and infrared detector etc.
Quantity: Each year, we can produce 20MT.
Packing: It is packed with dacron film, then, covered with a sealed plastic film bag or vacuum sealed in a glass ampule.
Delivery time: 30 days.
2. 5N High purity tellurium dioxide:
Its chemical formulation is as follows:
Cu: 1. 0, Mg: 0. 5, Ni: 0. 5, Ca: 1. 0, Pb: 0. 5, Fe: 1. 0, Al: 0. 5, Se: 0. 4
Purity: ≥99. 999%.
Total impurity:≤10ppm.
Usage: It is mainly used for the manufacture of compound TeO2 single crystal, material for electronic elements and anticorrosive agent etc.
Packing: It is sealed in a polyethylene bottle.
Delivery time: 30 days.
