1). Common copper and copper alloy plate, raft, belt, foil materials;
2). Special copper alloy (Pure copper add trace element) plate, raft, belt, foil materials;

Thermal conductivity≥500Wm-1K-1 ( International lead )
Tensile strength≥400MPa
Thickness of foil belt≤0.03mm (Domestic lead, ranks International forward position)
3). We can add different trace element to copper alloy as per users’ request to satisfy the users’ needs.
2. Application fields of copper alloy plate, raft, belt, foil materials etc.:
1). Radiation: It is widely used for CPU, aviation and spaceflight, High technology fields, high-grade air conditioner, refrigerator, water bank radiator of automobile etc. In a word, it can solve all the difficult problems in thermal conduction and radiation fields (International lead ).
2). It is used for electric connection, especially, connecting network used for high-speed electric railway, bearing rope and its necessary components (International lead, it has solved the difficult problems in International high-speed electric railway development needs such as high electrical conductivity and high Tensile strength).
3). It is used for transistor and lead wire frame material used for integrated circuit seal ( International
lead, it has solved the difficult problems in International lead wire frame material development needs such as high electrical conductivity and high Tensile strength. Its sales price is from
USD400,000.00 to 700,000.00 /MT in International market. America is a big quantity import country, Chinese requirement has been also increasing year after year. In this case, it has broken Japanese long-term monopoly aspect).
4). Copper foil: It is used for Identification, bank card, commercial card and IC card etc.( International
lead, at present, China mainly depends on 100% import, it needs too many MT/year).
5). It is a high performance free cutting material.
